Product Information, Pricing & Promotions


We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. The equipment you use to view our website may impact on the display of our products. We do not guarantee that the colour, texture, or detail of the product shown on your screen will accurately reflect the actual product.


Measurements provided on our website are approximate only.


We reserve the right to limit quantities or limit the number of products customers can purchase in a single transaction.

Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). We have made every effort to provide accurate pricing information on our website. In the event of a pricing error on our website we reserve the right cancel any orders placed on our online store.


Stock Availability

Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information on our website, however, we do not guarantee that if a product is classified as being “in stock” that stock will be available to purchase online.


Personal Information

We collect personal information to carry out our business activities. The type of information we collect includes name, address, email, phone number, your shopping and marketing preferences, your purchases, delivery information and any other information that you provide to us during our interactions. It is essential to collect this information for several reasons, including but not limited to the shipping and processing of your order and to improve the services we offer you.


Shipping

Orders within New Zealand are eligible for free shipping on orders over NZD $200. Orders under NZD $200 have a shipping fee of NZD $8


Dispatch will take place within 3 business days after the date of your order. Shipping time is estimated at between 7 – 14 days from when the goods were dispatched. Delivery times are not guaranteed, however, if your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact orders@cocky.kiwi.co.nz and we can assist in tracking the order.


Cancelling or Changing an Order

Where you have placed an order online and payment has been processed it cannot be changed, however you can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an online order, email us on orders@cocky.kiwi.co.nz with your order number as soon as you can.


If you cancel your order before we arrange delivery, we can provide you a full refund.


If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. Instead, please follow the returns process after your order arrives. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded in this situation.


Refunds & Returns

Garments sent back for return must be in the same condition as sent out, with tags attached.


Underwear & sock returns are not accepted.


Returns are accepted for 30 days from dispatch of parcel.


Refunds are paid in the way the payment was accepted (Credit Card, After pay, Lay buy or PayPal)


Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 working days from the receipt back into our warehouse.


Postage to return the parcel to us is at you own cost, however if you have asked for an exchange of an item, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge.


Garments purchased from a Cocky stockist, or from another website, must be returned to that same store or company.
