How fast do you ship?
We get your order out the door in 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, expect delivery in 7-14 days. If it's been longer than 14 days and your gear hasn't shown up, drop us a line at orders@cocky.kiwi.co.nz and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yep. Free shipping on any order over $200. Perfect excuse to stock up on basics that actually last.
What if my gear doesn't fit right?
Easy returns within 30 days (except for underwear and socks for hygiene reasons). We want you comfortable in our gear, not stuck with stuff that doesn't work for you. Just keep the tags on and hit us up.
